The National Council has adopted the Anti-Corruption Amendment Bill 2010 in its last session. It will be tabled before the National Assembly in its forthcoming session (November). The Amended Anti-Corruption (AC) Bill was introduced in the National Council by the Chairman of the Good Governance Committee of the Council on June 28, 2010. Deliberations continued the following day. It is expected to end by the forenoon of June 30, 2010.

The latest draft of the amended AC Bill is an outcome of the 3-day in-house review. It will be submitted to the National Council on June 15, 2010 for deliberation in the house on June 28, 2010 (as per agenda). The forum is still open for your valuable comments.
